“Never receieved anything”

“Our woodland room, #610 was perfect. Roomy, clean, well stocked with towels. Great to have nice size frig, microwave, counter space and dishes. We brought food and drinks, restaurants about 20 minutes away in Corbin. Enjoyed coffee sitting on the porch chairs each morning. TV had many channels, internet was steady. Shower was hot with soap provided. We literally walked out the door to well marked trails. Beautiful nature and so peaceful. Cumberland Falls was a perfect getaway. ”

“Pleasant front desk staff. Room was clean spacious room with comfortable bedding. Continental breakfast was decent and always comes in handy! Located close to Walmart and fast food restaurants for quick shopping and dining. ”

“It was a reasonably clean and adorable to sleep, bring your own snacks or beverages as the vending machines are empty and be sure to grab toiletries in the lobby as they are not already in the rooms. ”

“Nice structure from the outside, they gave us room number 110, a terrible smell, dirty, the bedspread all dirty and greasy, the pillowcases smelled, there was still food residue in the microwave, bottle caps on the floor, dust, insects, the terrible bathroom. the manager of the facility was never found. a terrible experience and we were unable to contact and speak to the manager for a possible refund. very bad.”

“The room was clean. The bathtub needed some love and touching up but other than that, great value for price. Breakfast was average- it would have been nice to have some prepackaged foods to go. ”

“There was NO internet connection and I had business I needed to finish in the evening. The red “you have a message” light was on. When I finally went to the lobby and found someone, he said to disregard the flashing red light (it was still on this morning when I left) and said something about the motel had called someone to fix the internet connection but they hadn’t come! I honestly think the hotel should have returned some of the cost of the room. Is it too late for them to do that? Milton...

“The cabin was clean and as described. Nice outside seating area and pet friendly. We had a botto. Unit and you can hear the guests above even if thry are quiet walking around can be heard.”

“Everything was great room was clean. Checkin was fast and efficient. Breakfast next morning was small but ok. Maybe in summer they enlarged it wife miss her biscuit and gravy.”
